[ 5],  wh ic h  de pends  on  diff e ren t   te chnolo gies  an d  m et ho ds .  I n  add it io n,   in  so m e  cases,  it   is  es sentia l  to  pr ovi de  fr es h  bl ood  to  the  patie nts  or  to   offe r  an  i ns ta nt b lo od  re placem ent   [6] .  M odel ing   s uggests n eedi ng  incre a se  bloo d  a vaila bili ty   in  the  ne xt  fi ve  to   te n  ye ars ,  m ee t  the  re qu i rem e nts  of  a ging  pe op le   [7] .   F ur th erm or e,  in  t he  recovery  pe rio d,   t he   us e  of  plasm a   transfusio ns   c ou l d  be  of  gre at   value  to  save  li ves  in  the   cur re nt  pa nde m ic   of   cor ona vir us   disease  (CO VID - [ 20] .  As  a  secu rity   check ,  the  syst e m   asks  the  us ers  to  pro vi de  an  identit y  proof   sta ti ng   their  blood   gro up  s uch   a s  a  dri vi ng   li cense  or  a  si m il ar  do cum ent.  An   a ndr oid  app li cat io n  has   bee n  us e d  to   f ulfill   this j ob,  w hic h  has  t he  abili ty   to  track  the  di ff e ren t  bl ood  ba nk  locat ion s   to  m ake  the  proc ess  easi er  for  the  us e rs  to  sel ect   the  near est   blood   bank.   In   [21],  the  data ba se  of   the  bloo d  ba nk   has  been   c ollec te d  from   different  s ources  includi ng  bl ood  ba nks,  hospi ta ls  and   natio nal  ser vice  sc hem e  (N S S),  w hile  the  com m un ic at ion   bet ween   t he  do nors  a nd  the  rece pto r s   has  bee n  ac hi eved   us in g  as te risk  hard war e.  The heal th stat us   of the do nors  a nd the  distance  f ro m  the call er h as  been  ta ken  into c on si der at ion  in   an  al go rithm  that is st or e d  i n  a  central se r ver.     In   [ 22] ,  t he  re cepto r  sen ds   a   te xt  m essage  ov e r  SMS  to   a  sh are d  bloo d  ba nk   platf orm   with  the  require d  bloo d  gr ou p,   if  the   req ue ste d  gro up   was  avail able  at   a  certain   bloo d  ba nk,   then  the  rece ptor  is   directed  to  t ha t  ban k,  ot herw ise ,  it   send s  th e  con ta ct   detai ls  of   th e  do nor s  with  the  re quire d  bloo d  gr oup.   A   com pu te r - base d  syst em   fo r  bl ood  m anag em e nt  ha ve  been   de sign e d  in  [ 23 ]   to  m anag e,  m on it or  a nd   store   the   blood   record s,   in  add it ion   t o  i m pr ovin g  the  m edical  serv ic e  by  pro vi ding  a  secur e   m edical   rep ort .  The  i m ple m ent at io n  was  ac hieve d  util iz ing   M y - SQ L  databa se,  ba r - c od e  t echn i qu e  a nd  a  PH P  la ng ua ge,   a nd  te ste d  with  the   national  bloo d  trans fu si on   ce nter  ( NBTC) ,  wh ic h  hel ped  im pr ov in g  the  s yst e m   m anipu l at ion  com par ed  t o  th e  m anu al   syst em s.  A  we b - bas ed  a pp li cat io n  has  be e n  pro posed  i n  [ 24]   that   so l ve  the   issu es  of   low  bl ood  res ources  res ulti ng  from   sever al   reas ons  s uc h  as  unc on t ro ll e d  bloo d  m anag em ents,  short age  of   so m e  blo od  gr oups  an d  l ow  a war e ness   re gardin g  bloo d  dona ti on s.   T he  pro cesses  of  do nating,  te sti ng,  st or i ng  a nd d el ive rin g t he  bl ood ba gs   are c on tr olled   by the  pro pose d  a pp li cat io n.     A  stu dy  on   t he   blood   bio c hem ic al   and   bio physi cal   chara ct erist ic s  ov e r  a  sp eci fic  ti m e  has  been  carried  ou t  in  [ 25 ]   to  sho w  th e  eff ect   of   ti m e  on   the  bl ood  char act e risti cs  wh il e  it   is   been   store d  in  the  bloo d  banks .  Se ver al   sam ples  fo r  di ff e ren t  donors  hav e  bee n  te ste d  with  HB,  K +,  P50,  2,   3  D PG ,  ATP,  la ct at e  and  pH.  T he  res ult  of   t his  w ork  has  s uggeste d  that  the  bl ood  qu al it y  is  m o re  sen sit ive  to   be  c hange d  due  t o  filt erab il it y  than  t he  norm al   bio chem ic al   factor s.   T he  pro ble m   of  sto rin g  t he  bloo d  bags  for  l ong  ti m e  i n  bo t h  rural  an d  urba n  a reas  has  be en  c onsider ed   in  [ 26]   by  see king  the   ri gh t   donor   inf orm a ti on   us in g  a   ve rb al   keyw ord w hen a s pecific bl oo d gro up is in  ne ed.   The  c ontrib ut ion  of  t his  pa pe r  is  to   buil d  a  ge ner al   virt ua l  blood  ba nk  that  gath ers  t he   us e rs  who   requires  a  s pec ific   blo od  gr oup  with  the  us e rs  w ho   a re  abl e  to  donate.  T he  pro posed  w eb -
