vid u a l l y   b ase d   on  agre e m e n t  f r o m   t h e   r e s p o n d e n t s  a n d  t h e   rese arc h er.   Quant ita ti ve  d ata   a n al ysis  w as  c on d u cte d   i n  s e vera l   s sc rip t .         3.   RESULT S   A N D  DISCU SSIO N    3.1.   Q u a n ti ta t i v e   a na l y s i s  3.1. 1. U n i var i a te  a n a l y s i s  A   tota l  o f   8 3   r e spon de nts  w e re  m e t   t he   i nc lusi o n   a n d   e xc lus i o n   criter i a .   T he  p rop o rtio n  of  respo nde n t s  b y   s ex  s h o w e d  a   bala nce ,   n a m e l y  4 8 %   of  m e n   a nd  5 1 .8 %   of  w om en.  The   min i m u m  a g e  o f   respo nde n t s  is   20  ye ars  o l d   a nd  t h e  m a x i m u m  is  70  ye a r s  old,  w i t h   a n  ave r age   a g e   of  37. 7  ye ar s.  T he   ma jori t y   o f r e spo n d en ts ar e  non  ac adem ic st a ff ( 63.9%),  a nd 91. 6% live far  f r om U AD ’s   c am pus .   Ma jori t y   o f  respo n d en ts   m e t   W H O   rec o mmenda tio ns   f or  p hys i c a l   a c t i v ity   ( 66. 3%)  a n d  t h e  ma j o ri ty   of  r esp o n d e n ts   a re  over w eig h t   a nd  obes e   ( 62. 7 % ),  47%  a re   p r e -hy pe rt ens i v
