Casting Forming Process Simulation of Aluminum Flywheel

Abstract

Simulating the forming process of casting in this paper, according to two kinds of analysis results of the designed model, the reasonable structure, pouring temperature and riser selecting of the flywheel are determined to ensure the quality of castings.
