Study on Objective Integrated Control of New Energy Power Projects Based on Reliability Theory

Based on the research status of objective control theory of new energy power projects, analysed the system components of power projects, proposed the subsystem reliability control theory directed at four objectives, gave reliability control standards and calculation methods of four objectives, obtained the objective integrated method of subsystem reliability, used disjoint minimal path sets method to deal with the minimal path sets in the project construction process, proposed system reliability control theory of new energy power projects, then combined the known reliability control standards to assess project reliability, finally established objective integrated control model of new energy power projects based on reliability theory. Community Detection Algorithm Based on Neighbor Similarity

Many complex networks have displayed the community structures, and the detection of community structure can give insights into the structural and functional information of these complex networks. In this paper, we proposed a neighbor similarity based new algorithm for community structure detection, in which we only consider the similarities between a node and its unclassified neighbors in the breadth-first traversal order, without considering other nodes’ influences; we take this node as a father node and its neighbors as the children nodes, to find out those children nodes which should belong in the same community with their father node. Then these children nodes are processed in the same way as their father node recursively, until the termination condition is reached. The most prominent property of our algorithm is that it has near liner time complexity, and furthermore it is a deterministic algorithm. We have tested our algorithm on several real networks, compared with some other algorithms, and the results have manifested that our algorithm outperforms the previous algorithms significantly. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i8.3064

Design on the HCB Based on IGCT and Neural Network Current Detection

Nowaday,the traditional circuit breaker is which action slow, poor reliability, can not meet Large grid interconnection and flexible AC transmission requirements. To address those shortcomings of traditional circuit breaker,an idear is put forward that traditional mechanical circuit breaker combinates of power electronic switch-IGCT to build a new type of hybrid circuit breaker device (Hybrid Circuit Breaker shorted at HCB). Basing on natural converter circuit principles,when grid line failure,the novel device adopts Elman neural network to detect short-circuit fault current,can disconnect quickly by IGCT’s rapidity to ensure the safety of the power grid and improve switching speed and service life of the mechanical switch. Application Research of BP Neural Network in English Teaching Evaluation

Teaching evaluation plays a key role for universities to improve its teaching quality and becomes a hotspot research field for related researchers. The paper takes university English teaching for example and presents a new model for evaluating English course teaching based on improved BP neural network. Firstly an evaluation indicator system of university English teaching is designed through analyzing the aspects of teaching effects and teacher factors and student factors. Secondly, BP Neural network is improved by improving its Non-monotone linear search and adaptive step change to overcome its shortages of low convergence in calculation. Stepping Motor Subdividing Drive System Design Based on FPGA

The design idea to implement multi-subdividing drive system for stepping motor based on Field-Programmable Gate Array chip was proposed in this paper. On a piece of EPF10K10LC84-15, the system module was accomplished using Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language and graph editor. The simulation results were shown on the platform MAX+plusⅡ. This method could control the stepper motor subdivision without external digital to analog converter, which made the circuit structure be greatly simplified. Artificial Emotion Engine Benchmark Problem Based on Psychological Test Paradigm

Most of testing and evaluations of emotion model in the field of affective computing are self-evaluation, which aims at the application-specific background, while the research on the problem of the Benchmark emotional model is scarce. This paper firstly proposed the feasibility of making psychological test paradigm a part of artificial Benchmark engine, and with taking versatility and effectiveness as the evolutional factor to judge the engine by testing psychological paradigms. In addition, an emotional hidden Markov model is built and tested based on the Benchmark theory. Research on a New Circuit of Temperature Measurement

Temperature measurement is an important link in industrial production, also an important part of modern testing technology. The traditional single bridge circuit is already unable to meet the requirements of modern precise temperature measurement system on temperature measurement. The relation between the output voltage of general Wheatstone bridge and real strain is nonlinear. The nonlinear error will be very serious if the variance ratio of resistance ΔR/ R is very large. Platinum resistance temperature sensor as temperature element may also cause nonlinear error.And measuring ranges small for bridge. This paper designs RC filter circuit and second-order band-pass filter circuit as the core of a new type of temperature measurement circuit ,introduces the principle of temperature measurement and the generation of signal source .Circuit cooperates with thermistor sensor, not only realizes the high precise temperature measurement, but also solves the measurement error of sensor produced from heating. Automobile Transmission Shift Control Based on MMAS and BP Networks

The neural network control model of automobile automatic transmission has been developed, which make the optimum shift decision based on the vehicle velocity, the vehicle acceleration and the throttle opening. The MAX-MIN ant syste (MMAS) is introduced to train the neural network weights and thresholds. The basic theory and steps of MMAS algorithm are given, and applied in the automatic transmission shift control. Experimental results show that the automatic transmission shift control system based on MMAS, comparing to the system based on ACO-BP, has better capability of gear recognition, and can make shift decision promptly and effectively. A Novel Architecture of Multi-GPU Computing Card

The data transmission between GPUS in the existing multi_GPU computing card is often through PCIE which is in relative low speed, so the PCIE has become bottleneck of Overall performance. A novel architecture of multi_GPU computing card have been proposed in this paper: A multi-channel memory which have multiple interfaces is added, including one common interface shared by different GPUs, which is connected with a FPGA arbitration circuit and several other interfaces connected with dedicated GPUs frame buffer independently, and this multi-channel memory is called "global shared memory". The combination Prediction of BTP in Sintering Process based on Bayesian Framework and LS-SVM

The sintering process is a complex process with the characteristics of uncertainty, multivariable coupling, time-varying and time-delay. The Burning-Through-Point (BTP) , which is a import parameter in sintering process , is affected by many reasons and difficult to be controlled to the required precision by conventional control methods. This paper presents a new time-series forecasting methods, which is called Bayesian Least Squares Support Vector Machines(LS-SVM).  The method applies the Bayesian evidence flame work to infer automatically model parameters of LS-SVM regression.ALS-SVM model is proposed on the basis of the Bayesian LS-SVM models. Several intelligent forecasting key techniques of sintered ore’s chemical components including algorithms of nonlinear SVM in regression approximation, selection of kernel functions and parameters and standardizing of sample data,Bayesian evidence flame-work are studied ; and the control schedules of  BTP based on interval optimization are analyzed. At last, a new intelligent forecasting system of BTP are designed and implemented. Experiment results show that the LS-SVM prediction designed within the Bayesian evidence framework consistently yields good generalization performances, which the method of combining Bayesian theory and LS-SVM is faster and more accurate for the BTP in compare with BP neural network and GM(1,1). DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/telkomnika.v11i8.3087

Backstepping Adaptive Fuzzy Scheme for SCARA GRB400 Robot

In order to achieve the accurate trajectory tracking of 2 degree-of –freedom robot, a backstepping adaptive fuzzy control scheme based on Lyapunov method, is presented for the SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) robot system. The control strategy consists of the traditional backstepping control and adaptive fuzzy control to cope with the model unknown and parameter disturbances. The system is modeled using the MATLAB-SIMULINK toolbox. The simulation is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. From the simulation results, fast response, strong robustness, good disturbance rejection capability and good angle tracking capability can be obtained. The output tracking error between the actual position output and the desired position output can asymptotically converge to zero. State Estimation for Electrolytic Capacitor with Parameter Fitting

Metro supply system composed of PWM rectifier, i.e. supply system with bi-directional power flow, contributes much to improve supply quality. However, the electrolytic capacitors, working as DC-side supporting capacitor, are relatively weakest in the whole system, so that state estimation for electrolytic capacitor should be taken into consideration. In view of the difficulty in application of conventional capacitor estimation approach with voltage and current ripples into PWM rectifier, this paper proposes a novel approach, which first searches into capacitor’s aging mechanism, presents approximate relation between capacitance and equivalent serial resistance of electrolytic capacitor through mathematical fitting, and then derives the discrete iterative equations of  capacitance and equivalent serial resistance from the analytical model of PWM rectifier. Study of Intelligence Diagnosis System for Wind Turbine Gearbox Fault

A practical fault instance of gearbox of wind turbine is analyzed to define the expert system’s knowledge base structure and reasoning method.
